What a DOC Profile Shows
The DOC public profile is a custody-status record. It is not the police narrative, not a warrant affidavit, and not a full Superior Court case file. The DOC inmate information page directs additional offender-information questions to the Office of Public Information.
For extra offender-information requests, DOC lists the Office of Public Information at 860-692-7780, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and mail to 24 Wolcott Hill Road, Wethersfield, CT 06109.

Facilities Relevant to Tolland County
People connected to Tolland County cases may appear in different DOC facilities. Hartford Correctional Center is the pretrial facility DOC identifies as serving Rockville Superior Court. Osborn Correctional Institution is in Somers, MacDougall-Walker is nearby in Suffield, and York Correctional Institution is the statewide female facility.
The Hartford Correctional Center page identifies it as a high-security urban jail serving several Superior Courts, including Rockville.

Osborn is local to northern Tolland County geography, but placement there depends on DOC classification rather than the county where a case began.

MacDougall-Walker should be checked directly for current visit scheduling because DOC notes that schedules can differ by building and housing location.
Booking and Custody Path
After an arrest in a Tolland Judicial District town, the person may be processed by the arresting agency, presented for bail or arraignment through Rockville GA 19 or the appropriate Superior Court calendar, and then moved into DOC custody if held. Males held pretrial for Rockville court matters often route to Hartford Correctional Center. Females route to York CI because DOC identifies York as the statewide female facility serving all Superior Courts.
Sentenced or transferred people may appear at Osborn, MacDougall-Walker, or another DOC institution depending on classification, sex, sentence, medical or mental-health needs, and security level. Court charges, pleas, dispositions, and warrants remain Judicial Branch records, so custody results should be paired with CRDockets or clerk records when researching the underlying case.

Visitation Rules and Schedules
Connecticut DOC visitation is statewide with facility-specific schedules. The DOC visiting page says schedules vary by facility, visits are not held on state-observed holidays, and visits are 30 minutes long until further notice to allow disinfecting before and after. Visitors must be on the approved active visiting list, and video visits are not scheduled until confirmation is received from the facility.

DOC identifies the Inmate Trust Fund as responsible for receiving funds, making payments from, and maintaining records associated with offender accounts. DOC pages reference electronic deposit vendors such as JPay or TouchPay where available, but current vendor links should be checked on the DOC inmate accounts page before relying on a payment method. Commissary is a DOC function, not a court-clerk service.
Professional and attorney visits are also separate from social visiting.
